What we do

Interior Design

Understanding your customers’ needs and thoughts, talking to your staff, observing your daily routines, knowing your competition, asking all the right questions at the design stage including researching your industry all allows Spaceworks to successfully develop and create the right store design solution to drive your business forward.

Our design services cover space planning, interior styling and 3D visualisation, brand and signage requirements, lighting, electrical and flooring design.

Fit out

For many of our clients we employ a Turnkey service to deliver their shop fit or refurbishment project, bringing together a programme to suit you the retailer as well as efficient use of time and trades. We always work to the letter of the law, ensuring a rigorous process in preparation, site set up and build that ensures a ‘safety first’ policy and a high standard of competency and finish in our work.

Fixtures and Fittings

Every design concept needs to work and be buildable! Our experience and expertise in delivering shop-fittings across a multitude of interiors means we’ve crossed most challenges but are always open to more! Our CAD teams technically prove each item on paper for manufacture, and add sampling, prototyping and testing for a more touchy feel approval processs! Acting as a procurement hub with our trusted industry supply base we’re geared up to find you the best fit for supply and price.

This is Woods Furniture Dorchester – working with their teams to deliver from a shell build a brand new concept for their more contemporary ranges. Acting as Main Contractor, the design and build was such a success that within 6 months they asked us back to extend their offer into the unit next door. Woods are just one of the many AIS member retailers we work with – others include, Barbours of Dumfries, Gillies of Broughty Ferry, Dawsons, Walker and Ling, Fairway Furniture to name a few.
